~Train To Excel – Total Hockey Development~
Two Programs - 1 for Males and 1 for Females
Train to Excel is a multifaceted Total Hockey Development Program designed for hockey players looking to try out for Rep or who are currently playing at the Rep Level. We have teamed up with TNT Fitness (a few doors down) to provide off ice fitness training as well as providing nutritional guidelines for athletes. All on & off ice training will be age, gender and sport specific to improve the athletes on ice experience!
On ice the athletes will be working on isolated skating and skill drills as well as game situation flow drills. Drills will involve game specifics such as body and stick positioning to gain advantages, edge agility drills and much more. Repetition will be the key to help our athletes become more habitual thus allowing them to become more decisive and faster in fast paced game situations.
Dates:
Female - April 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17, 31, June 7, 14, 21 - 1 spot available
- Mondays @ 7:15 - 8:15 pm
- Ages: U11, U13, U15
- TNT FITNESS: SATURDAY 11:15-12:15PM
Male - April 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26, June 2, 9, 16
- Wednesdays @ 7:15 - 8:15 pm
- Ages: U11, U13, U15
Duration: 10 weeks – 1 Hr on ice, 1 Hr off ice (option) per week on different days
