Progressive Power Skating is designed for players to learn the proper skating technique and movement to increase speed and agility. Coaches will cover proper balance, weight transfer, elongated strides and leg recovery speed, open hips, inside/outside edges, transitions, power starts, stopping and crossovers. Requirements for the program will require skating experience with the ability to do a hockey stop and maintain balance while skating and doing crossovers.
